Experience

Nikki M. Hoffman, CPA, with more than 15 years of public accounting experience, has been involved in a variety of engagements with a concentration in auditing. She has worked with many types of businesses, including engineering, manufacturing and distribution, agricultural, and pension and 401(k) plans. She is the Accounting and Auditing Service Line Director for For-Profit and ERISA engagements. Nikki has full oversight for all employee benefit plan audits. Nikki also served as a team leader on the committee responsible for transitioning the firm to a “paperless” environment.

Education and Professional Designations

Nikki is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Prior to her employment with Stambaugh Ness, Nikki was employed in Pittsburgh by KPMG Peat Marwick LLP, where her main concentration was audit engagements for the manufacturing and distribution industry and employee benefit plan audits. She is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.  She serves as the firm’s designated partner of the firm’s volunteer membership with the AICPA’s Employee Benefit Audit Quality Center.

Community Involvement 

Nikki serves as Treasurer on the Executive Committee of the Hanover Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.  She is involved in the Downtown Hanover Loan Program and Main Street Hanover initiatives of the Chamber.  She is also involved with a number of charities including the American Cancer Society, United Cerebral Palsy, and the International WAGR Syndrome Association. Nikki was also named to Central Pennsylvania's Forty Under 40 List for 2009 for her commitment to business growth, professional excellence and the community.
