Experience Kelly Chambers is a manager with more than 15 years of public accounting experience. She specializes in small business utilizing her diverse accounting and business background to provide quality accounting, tax, and consulting services to individuals and small businesses in a variety of industries. She relies on her experience and communication skills to identify obstacles and devise solutions. Kelly provides Management Advisory Services to manufacturing clients and uses her Facilitator Training to optimize operations and assist with a model of continuous improvement. Kelly also has an extensive background in accounting information systems. She provides consulting, support, and installation of QuickBooks and Peachtree; and has a working knowledge in BusinessWorks and Quicken. Education and Professional Development Kelly graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1993 with a BS degree in Accounting. She is a native of Hanover and graduated from South Western High School. Kelly is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Training Course in which she received an Outstanding Performance Achievement Award and later returned to be a graduate assistant for the course. She is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants and the Penn State Alumni Association. Kelly plays an active role in the continuous improvement of Stambaugh Ness as a member Small Business Services Group and Manufacturing and Distribution Services Group. Community Involvement Kelly is a member of the Board of Directors of United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) of South Central Pennsylvania. She is also a member of the Brethren Home Foundation Advancement Committee and also volunteers at her children's elementary school. Kelly's community involvement also includes past membership of the Soroptimists International of Hanover, Inc., a businesswoman's group that raises funds for various community service projects. She previously served on the Board of Directors as Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer and Finance Committee Chair. |
