Experience

Jolleen is a Principal and Director of Tax Services at Stambaugh Ness. Since 1989, she has provided tax planning and management advisory services for a wide range of privately-held clients. Jolleen's primary role as a tax consultant within Stambaugh Ness is to coordinate and structure tax projects for the firm's business entity clients. In addition to managing tax compliance engagements for the firm's business entities and their related individual owners, she is responsible for performing quality review of the firm's corporate tax engagements. 

Jolleen's role as Director of Tax Services affords her the opportunity to participate in staff development. Her responsibilities include participating in recruitment of tax staff, designing the firm's tax educational programs and serving as a career mentor.

Education and Professional Development
Jolleen graduated Summa Cum Laude from York College with a BS in Accounting and from Philadelphia University with a Masters in Taxation. She is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. Jolleen is also a Past President of the York Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants.

Community Involvement

Jolleen currently serves as Treasurer of the York Hospital Auxiliary and the York Symphony Orchestra.

Her love of teaching has expanded beyond Stambaugh Ness. Jolleen serves as an adjunct faculty member of York College of Pennsylvania where she teaches Taxation II.
