Experience
Gary has 14 years of experience in public accounting and two years in private accounting and consulting experience with large publically traded companies.  Gary has concentrated on providing accounting and auditing services to the firm’s small and middle market clients in various industries. 

He is also certified as an internal auditor and a fraud examiner and has applied these skills managing internal audit functions, overseeing Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and conducting fraud prevention and investigation engagements.

Currently, Gary is the Director of Dental Industry Services which provides our dental clients with a team of professionals dedicated to bringing value added services and resources extending beyond the traditional compliance services.
 
Internally, Gary is a member of the firm's Accounting and Auditing and Quality Control Team which streamlines the firm’s internal processes to make them more efficient and profitable while maintaining the highest quality product. Gary has been instrumental in developing a number of process improvements.

Education and Professional Development
Gary graduated Magna Cum Laude from York College of Pennsylvania with a BS degree in Accounting. He is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), The Central Pennsylvania Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (PACFE), The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and both the American institute of CPAs and the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs.

Community Involvement
Gary is a graduate of the Leadership York Executive Series program and past Treasurer of YorkArts Association.
