 Tom Moul joined the staff in June 1984 after graduating from York College of Pennsylvania where he earned magna cum laude honors and a BS degree in Accounting. Tom is a native of the Hanover area and graduated from South Western High School. Tom has been a shareholder in our Hanover office since 1996 and oversees many small business engagements and has served as the Engagement principal on numerous audit engagements.
Tom serves as the firm's Chief Financial Officer, as a member of the firm's Executive Committee, and on the firm's Board of Directors. Tom has spoken throughout the United States about the firm’s Principal compensation program which he designed. He also serves as an advisor to the firm's Accounting and Auditing Committee. He previously served as chairperson of the firm's Continuing Professional Education Committee.
Tom is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs. He is also a member of the Rotary Club of Hanover serving on numerous committees, serves as Secretary and a member of the Finance Committee of the Hanover Area YMCA and serves as Treasurer for Training Leaders Through Athletics. Tom is also very involved in his high school and college age children's activities serving as Treasurer of the South Western High School Athletic Booster Club, a board member and past Treasurer of the PA Intensity Travel Softball Organization, and as a board member for the South Western York Baseball Association. Previously, Tom served as Treasurer for Downtown Hanover, Inc., as Chairperson of the Hanover WAVE Advisory Council, and as a member of the York College of Pennsylvania Alumni Board, Eichelberger Performing Arts Center Finance Committee, and the Hanover Hospital Professional Advisors Committee. He also served as Chairman of the Hanover Area Chamber of Commerce Golf Outing Committee, and the Professional Division of the Hanover Area United Way Campaign and as a member of The Hanover Area Chamber of Commerce Small Business/Retail Committee. In addition, he has served as President of the Globe Club of Hanover. |
