Experience
Scott has been a practicing accountant since 1979 and a shareholder of the firm since 1987. Recognized throughout South Central Pennsylvania as a leading expert in AEC financial management and tax consulting, he has demonstrated his knowledge in nine content areas to become a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP). In addition to the CFMA, Scott is active in a number of industry organizations including the American Council of Engineering Companies of PA (ACEC/PA), American Subcontractors Association (ASA), and the Keystone Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC). He was named Outstanding Chapter Member for the Year 2000 by the ASA of Central Pennsylvania, of which he is a past president. This committee has overall responsibility for the publication of CFMA’s financial benchmarking product, “CFMA’s Construction Industry Annual Financial Survey,” now in its 17th year.
