WHAT DOES CCIFP CERTIFIED MEAN? M. Scott Hursh, CPA, CCIFP, and Managing Partner of SNPC’s Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) Group, has demonstrated his knowledge in nine content areas to become the first of only two Certified Construction Industry Financial Professionals (CCIFP) in Pennsylvania. The certification means Scott's AEC industry clients are assured of the highest quality service possible by a professional who has met the high standards of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), the "Source & Resource for Construction Financial Professionals."
